great location but some room for improvement

The breakfast selection was excellent with numerous delectable options. Dining on the mezzanine with an ocean view was good! The live music on two separate nights added a nice touch to the overall experience.

The overall comfort of the rooms didn't quite meet my expectations.

I chose a bungalow room which was near the beach and had a nice view. I'm not sure I would have liked the experience of the rooms in the main building. Several pools also beach lounges.

The front desk was often slow, including upon check in, without any acknowledgement of your presence so this made for a poor first impression - one could have hesitated to check in at all... Food was not a strong point.

Pretty good location

Very well located, but food and service could be much better. Waited two days to have a problem In my bathroom fixed.

The hotel was lovely with fantastic amenities, including multiple pools and organized activities for kids. The dining experience could be improved, as the buffet lacked variety and some staff seemed overwhelmed during peak hours. It was a positive experience worth repeating.

Location in a nice beach, away from the crowded central Porto de galinhas beach, but within a short taxi ride. Good for long walks and according to the tide, there are natural pools with very warm water. The pools complex at the hotel is excellent and overlooks the ocean.

My room had air conditioning but I would like also a ceiling fan, because the air conditioner was quite noisy and not really required at night if there was a ceiling fan.

Excellent Hotel for a stay in family. Good food, great outdoor.

Would definitely recommend for spending night

Friendly staff, convenient location, the beach access is enjoyable for kids as it has a safe shore during low tide making it perfect for family fun, and the outdoor swimming pool area is beautifully designed to accommodate both adults and children.

No issues

I was especially impressed with the front desk service and help. Americans and English language are not that common in ne Brazil - and the front desk went way out their way to help us feel comfortable. The beach is beautiful,the water warm, the sun is almost too much. The layout of the pool area is a work of art. I especially appreciated the convenient beach showers allowing easy, quick wash off of salt water and sand. The town of Galinhas has good restaurants and fun shopping with the beach right there. Only regret time did not allow a longer stay.

North East Brazil is booming. A new expressway is being built to service the new demand resulting in terrible traffic problems. Allow much extra time to reach any destination.

Great kids' activities and friendly staff. Room needs updating but still clean.

We stayed for 5 nights with our two teens, and the variety of pools kept everyone entertained! The extensive play area and evening activities like the circus workshops added the perfect touch.

In my wife's opinion, offering free bottled water would greatly enhance the experience for families.

A Vibrant Tropical Getaway

Enjoyed lounging by the fine pools with beautiful decor. The breakfast with fresh tapiocas was a highlight, but arrive early to avoid the crowd! The azure waters were nice, just be cautious of strong currents. Request a ground-floor room if mobility is a concern.

The staff here. They were friendly, helping with anything I needed. The beach is beautiful, and the pool area is fantastic, with plenty of space for relaxation. I loved how safe the shallow areas of the pool were for kids. Each night, we enjoyed themed buffet dinners that were definitely worth the price. They could improve on the water arrangements-charging for bottled water felt a bit stingy for a resort. The rooms were clean but fairly simple, and the noise from the adjoining room was distracting at times. I had a wonderful stay and will consider coming back for another family holiday.

The outdoor pools were perfect for the kids, providing endless fun.

The buffet for dinner became monotonous after a couple of days.

The stay was quite enjoyable for our family as we explored the area's natural beauty. The highlight was definitely the amazing playground and the various children’s activities available, which kept the kids entertained. The breakfast spread was impressive, and dining with a view of the ocean was a lovely touch. While the mattress could be improved, the overall experience was still great for our family getaway.
